United in purpose to tackle difficulties, and working together for long-term development. On May 30, 2024, Guangdong Fuji Elevator Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Guangdong Fuji Elevator) held its 2024 half-year marketing conference ahead of schedule.
This conference summarized the marketing work completed in the first half of the year, reviewed and refined strategies, and further planned and deployed the work for the second half, sounding the charge for renewed efforts in the coming months.



At the conference, Mr. Zhou Jufang, Executive Director of Marketing and Promotion for Guangdong Fuji Elevator, reviewed and summarized the performance from January to May 2024.
He analyzed the difficulties and key issues encountered in the work and proposed a series of solutions and measures.
He also formulated detailed work arrangements for the second half on how to boost performance improvement, price system adjustments, agent development, and marketing staff compensation, introducing new ideas and methods.

Facing the current tough market environment, Guangdong Fuji Elevator increased equipment investment in the first half of 2024,
purchasing brand-new laser engraving machines and laser cutting machines; establishing a comprehensive technical support center, and reorganizing the factory layout to implement zone-based refined production management for villa elevator production lines and freight elevator production lines.
At the same time, the spraying process was upgraded to further enhance product comfort and aesthetics, meeting consumer needs and strengthening the competitiveness of the company's products.
