On June 30, Lei Gaiping, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and First-Level Researcher of the Chenzhou Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, led a delegation to Yizhang County to conduct in-depth research under the "Go, Seek, Think, Promote" initiative, and to advance the "Quality Improvement of Overseas Chinese Affairs" action. The team visited overseas Chinese enterprises to listen to their concerns and solve difficulties, empowering high-quality corporate development with precise services.

The research team first visited Bola Elevator (Chenzhou) Co., Ltd. to gain a detailed understanding of the company's production and operations, as well as the bottlenecks and difficulties it currently faces. Lei Gaiping stated that municipal and county federations should take the "Quality Improvement of Overseas Chinese Affairs" as a lever, fully leverage the resource advantages of overseas Chinese merchants at home and abroad, help enterprises expand international channels and improve management, and pave the way for enterprises to "go global".

Bridging with overseas Chinese, forging ahead with strength! As a local elevator manufacturer, we will continue to uphold quality, deepen R&D, and rely on the overseas Chinese network resources to steadily expand our global market and strengthen national intelligent manufacturing!

At Hunan Green Oak Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd., the team inspected the acorn tofu production line and affirmed the company's efforts to deeply explore the nutritional value of its products and integrate them with red cultural tourism resources. Lei Gaiping encouraged the company to build on the concept of "small dining tables, big industries", tell the story of the "Red Army Rations", improve processing techniques and brand certification, and promote the integrated development of "food, culture, tourism, and wellness".

This research visit is a practical measure by the Municipal Federation to deepen the "Go, Seek, Think, Promote" initiative and advance the "Quality Improvement of Overseas Chinese Affairs". In the next steps, the Yizhang County Federation will continue to follow up on enterprise needs, strengthen follow-up services, build resource-matching platforms, effectively relieve enterprises' difficulties, and pool the wisdom and efforts of overseas Chinese to boost high-quality development of the county economy.
